Your subscription includes

Eligibility Requirements for Service Use
Our services are available to Australian residents aged 18 and over who can legally enter into binding agreements.

Prohibited Activities and Service Misuse

Subscription Fees and Payment Information
Your subscription fee is $250 per month, charged in advance on the same date each month.
- Monthly fees are due in advance and charged automatically to your nominated payment method
- Failed payments may result in service suspension until payment is successfully processed
- All fees include GST where applicable and are quoted in Australian dollars
We reserve the right to update subscription fees with 30 days' written notice to active subscribers.
Cancellation Policy and Refund Terms
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice to avoid charges for the following month.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you retain access to services until that date.
No refunds are provided for partial months or services already delivered, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
